Each strata scheme must report the name, phone number and email of their:

1. Secretary

2. Chairperson

3. Strata manager and building manager (if any).

4. Balance of the Strata`s Capital Works Fund5. Building Insured Value for replacement

6. Issue of interim and final occupation certificates

7. Strata Plan number and number of lots

8. Registration date of scheme

9. Contact details of the emergency services contact person/s
