Big Isn`t Always Better
We are a complex of 43 Townhouses and I am on the committee of both the strata scheme and the community scheme of which we are also a part of. We were previously using a large strata management
company who we thought would be well suited to our large complex, however we discovered that big isn't
always better and were being offered terrible service. As a committee and as an owner, service and response times are vital to our complex and we decided amongst ourselves that we would look for a boutique strata management company with a strata manager that is passionate and proactive. Although Lifestyle Strata Group is not one of the large strata companies out there, we did have initial concerns as to how they would cope and deal with our complex. We thought we have tried the big ones and that didn't work so let's give a smaller one a chance and see how it goes. I must say I and the other committee members and owners were very impressed from the moment they took over. The communication flowed, things were organised quickly and we couldn`t be happier. As our strata manager they are efficient, friendly, return calls and emails on time and go the extra mile to help. They even visit our complex at random without charging us. What more could you ask for !!
